The pizza is centered around vegetables and allows the taste of the ingredients to shine without feeling heavy. The warm vegetable salad in the cold weather is also incredibly tasty. When you come here, you won't mind spending a lot of money because you just want to eat here, it's that good. It's so delicious that I have fond memories of sitting in a packed restaurant under the scorching sun enjoying lasagna (laughs). I recently moved away, so it's unfortunate that it's now far away. But if I ever pass by, I will definitely stop by!
I ordered a half and half pizza with Margherita and Quattro Formaggi, as well as Wagyu beef lasagna. The dough and cheese were deliciously exquisite. For dessert, I ordered a double scoop of gelato with yogurt orange and strawberry milk flavors, which was refreshing and tasty. However, despite there being several empty tables, I was not seated and had to wait for over 15 minutes. During that time, I thought that if they had given me a menu and taken my order while I waited, the time between being seated and my pizza being ready could have been shortened.
I think this is a good restaurant to enjoy local ingredients in Italian cuisine. They mainly serve pizza and gelato. I also had dishes made with local vegetables and Hachimoku shishimaru wild boar meat in Italian style. The restaurant has a high ceiling and it is spacious and relaxing. They accept payment with PayPay.
久々にベストなお店に出会いました ビザとパスタのセットにしたのですが、ピザに感動してしまい、パスタの写真を撮るのを忘れるという、大失態を演じてしまいました 石窯で焼いたマルゲリータビザは、ベストな焼き加減のマダラ模様が出ていて、柔らかく、香ばしく、トマトソースも美味しく、そして塩加減が抑えめなのもよく、ペロリと食べてしまいました。続いてパスタが登場!カジキ、しらす、セミドライトマト、ほうれん草、それらを混ぜ混ぜすると、いい香り食感がとても良く、お味も最高でした! 次、いつ再訪しようかな
ピザ生地は、小麦の香りがたっていて とっても美味しい季節野菜のピッツァ、何枚でも食べたい 日曜日は閉店なので、平日に時間を作って食べに行くしかないな。 食材の野菜 とくにサラダは地場産で新鮮かつ柔らかく とにかく旨い スープも絶品!手打ちパスタも 何もかも別次元のレストランですよ
