ひよ Zhì - 小松島市

A famous restaurant in Tokushima with branches all over the place. I had the large Char Siu. The broth has a thick texture and a strong saltiness, making it quite rich. The medium-thick noodles are cooked firm and go well with the broth. The Char Siu has a lot of fatty tissue and a tender texture. It's delicious but can be a bit heavy towards the end. I think it would be perfect with some rice.

I was able to try a Tokushima ramen shop in Komatsushima City, Tokushima Prefecture today thanks to the introduction from the team leader! Just like other ramen shops, you buy your meal ticket from a vending machine first. The space is small, so it can get crowded during lunchtime. I think there is room for improvement in that aspect! With love; I thought the Chinese soba was good, but today I felt like eating "rice"! So, I went for the fried rice. It was delicious! There was a generous amount of egg in it, dancing in my mouth along with the rice! Um, it's hard to describe, but it was a delicious fried rice! Thank you for the meal. Next time, I'll try the ramen.

I often come here when I want to eat a rich ramen. It is a classic and delicious Tokushima ramen. The soup can be made on the richer side. The chashu is a bit salty. Personally, I think the flavor of this restaurant is the best in Tokushima. Lately, I have been eating the chashu bowl set only. The wasabi mayo is delicious.

味　　濃いめ 値段　そこそこ 接客　声が大きくて元気で好印象 結論　良い中華そば店！ 小松島市で有名な中華そばの店です。昼時は、たくさんの人が来て少し待つ場合もあります。 事前に食券機で買い、値段については基本となる中華そば小が６２０円、中華そば大が７２０円となっています。初めて来る方は、まずは普通の中華そばを頼んでみたらいいと思います。他にもトッピングもありますので、お好きに組み合わせることができます。 中華そばについては、濃いめのスープで細麺です。そこにチャーシューとメンマ、もやし、ネギがのってます。好みの問題ですが、自分には、少しスープが濃いのとメンマが固いのがちょっと合ってなかったので星４つとしましたが、とても美味しかったので、濃いめが好きな人にはピッタリの店でおすすめです！
