Fantastisk opskrift! Nogle ændringer: Jeg brugte 24 oz crimini. Lavnatrium kyllingebuljong. Rødvin i stedet for hvid, fordi det var det, vi havde åbnet. Tilføjede hvidløg og rosmarin.
Jeg har lavet denne opskrift mange gange og kan virkelig lide den, men jeg havde brug for mere smag. Jeg tilføjede hvidløg, lidt hakket frisk rosmarin og frisk timian, og det blev meget bedre.
FanFREAKINGtastisk. Jeg serverede min som en vegetarisk hovedret i stedet for en side, og vi indhalerede begge den. Dette er den bedste risotto opskrift, jeg nogensinde har lavet.
