Så jeg lavede denne salat præcis som skrevet og blev skuffet. Tomaterne den næste dag absorberede eddikesmagen og smagte som om de var overmodne og dårlige.
Jeg lavede dette til en grillfest, og det var et stort hit. Jeg havde ikke drueskimmelolie, så jeg brugte olivenolie. Det var lækkert! Jeg vil helt sikkert lave dette igen.
Elsker syrheden! Fin kombination af grøntsager. Det smager faktisk godt varmt.
