Dette er en fantastisk opskrift på buffalo kylling. Jeg måtte bruge rød peber i stedet for cayenne, fordi vi ikke havde cayenne, men det blev vidunderligt.
Lavede opskriften som angivet og gik med strimler, som der står. Melet var lidt kort til 3 bryst. Jeg havde brug for ca. 25 % mere for at få en god belægning til slutningen.
Friteringstiden var meget præcis, de var fantastiske.
