Grilled Chicken Mole

Seasoned chicken breast topped with a homemade mole sauce, made of mild peppers, chocolate, nuts, and various spices. Finished with fresh cilantro and served with rice and beans.

Quesadillas Americana

Warm wedges of flour tortillas stuffed cheese. With salsa and sour cream on the side. (Serves 1).

Nacho Bean Dip

Fried pinto beans, garlic, onion and jalapenos covered in a thick layer of melted cheese. With cotija, salsa fresca and thick nacho chips.

Mexican Mess

Salenas premium nacho chips, layered with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, cotija and salsa fresco. With guacamole on the side. Your choice of salenas chili, vegetarian chili or black beans for dipping.
