Any of the burgers and some of the other dishes can be vegetarian or vegan. We had burgers with beyond beef and tofu; both were very good.

The vegan breakfast burrito came without the black beans the menu said it included, but it was still fantastic – you can’t go wrong with tater tots, Just Egg, and salsa!

A good selection of sandwiches and wraps. Quick and satisfying dinner. Unfortunately they use disposable packaging instead of reusable dishes.

Yummy salads, avocado toast, and soups as well as the smoothie bowls.

They have many delicious vegan options in their hot bar, plus bulk bins and lots of grocery items important for vegan cooking (even 2-lb blocks of tofu! . We went there 4-5 times during our week-long læs mere...

There are good vegan options at both the hot bar and the deli. They allow you to provide your own containers in order to avoid disposables. The store also stocks plenty of vegan grocery items.

As others have said, they have a very small vegan section on the menu, but the options (at least the noodles with tofu) are very tasty and satisfying.

We got blue corn pancakes and the seitan hemp burger. They were quite good and an interesting change from more typical dishes.

The geisha plate and some other noodle and soup dishes appear to be vegan. We tried the geisha plate and watermelon lemonade. Both were very yummy. Heard from a local we know that it's the best sushi læs mere...

The only vegan taco option seems to be to get the veggie taco minus all dairy ingredients. It was tasty enough, but it would be nice to have more options. Their chips and guac are great, though.
