My in laws go to C&S once a month or so and love menu items like the grilled oysters, (NE) clam chowder and Scottish salmon.

Belle pause sur le plateau de l'Aubrac, tout proche du village, pause déjeuner très agréable au buron des Bouals : aligot faite sur place et bonne, saucisse, tarte. Possibilité de prendre boissons loc
