Nothing to add..it's the best local cuisine experience in Spain. We relied on Lonely Planet suggestion and that was far beyond of our expectations! Take a ride from Valencia, this place deserves it!

Was a great surprise to find out that these guus cook meat on charcoal, taste of our iberico meat was amazing, served with potatoes! Before we were served croquetas with iberico ham. Must try!
