Very disgusting and bad service! Ordered piadina, filling fell out of the bread and the employee put rubber gloves on her and pushed the melted cheese and tomato filling back in! I asked for a new one but she said that the taste should be the same and refused! The chief was nowhere to be seen! Not going there again

After unprofessional services during my last two visits I tried it today a third time - and definitely the last time: Service people were talking under each other and refused to move over to myself and the counter. I asked two persons each twice to service me so I could place my order. Obviously nobody was interested to take an order at all - they prefered to chat to each other. Tables were unclean, nobody did take care about removing dirt and garbage. Food also did not look really fresh. Strange for a restaurant which is more on the high side from the pricing level. I decided to leave and received excellent service just across at the Vapiano.

Boring sandwiches. Sausage roll comes with low quality sausage. If you order the drink, you have to pick it up at drink counter at the back. No service provided despite it is expensive.

After a shopping evening the children wanted to grab a bite. My wife and i settled for a thai salad with chicken.Unfortunately the chicken was not coocked through. In this day and age this scary!!At the end of the meal, i mentionned it to the personnel who apologized. The experience turned ugly when the unfriendly german chef de service came to lecture us that Chicken is not cooked through anymore!!! Hey Dude heard of Salmonelles ???? The best was that before me a lady complained about the salad which she qualified as awful!There are lots of places to eat in Sihlcity, You do not need the aggravation of putting your health at risk! Stay away from Balthazar !!

Came here for a quick meal last night consisting of a toasted sandwich, a small quiche and a Swiss beer. You choose what you want at the counter and pay and then take it to a table to eat. Food was adequate and service (such as it was) was efficient. Adequate when you are in a rush.
