Our driver in the Salzkathedrale has sworn that is the best meat spot in the city. I don't know if that's true or if his buddy works there, but it was great. There were cattle, pigs and capybara that were boiled on spits over open fire. Sitting is outside with good music and many people watching. Appropriate price and very generous meat portions.
