This was the worst service ever. Are usually don’t write bad reviews, because everyone is entitled to an off day. However, this was so bad I can’t help but let others know. In the drive-through it must’ve taken a minimum of 20 minutes. We were the fourth car in line. When we got to place our order we’re here can I help you and naturally I go ahead and start my order. I was immediately told to hold on. Which was I’m going to guess between four and six minutes. When I gave my order I had to do it numerous times. I requested a couple of extra bags because it was going to three different locations. When they packed up the order, they literally put one item in each bag. When I was trying to secure the bag, the lady in the window, who had her back turned to us the entire time we were waiting was like here holding the drinks. I said I’ve waited for you this long. You can give me a minute now, please. when I turned around and took the drink holder, I realized they had shorted us a drink. She open the window and went what at which point I let her know we were missing a drink. When she finally managed to hand it to me I asked her what it was, and I got all the snide remarks about well they’re all marked. So no, I would not recommend this place and the only thing I would recommend is that these employees actually be trained and be required to have some minimum degree of customer service skills. Best food ever and its so fresh I ordered the sour cream chive potato and it came with no sour cream!! Literally hmmm scrumptious and just chives on a burnt potato actually no that potato was literally a chip because of how burnt it was! So dry and burnt delicious im glad at least they didn’t forget to give me two spoons to make up for the whole potato literally love them Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
