Excellent service from Heather! Tremendous breakfast!!

Went out to eat with my mom and son and had an awesome meal! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, especially the hostess and our server Kristen. She was very attentive and pleasant and made the experience go from good to great. The food was super good too. The cinnamon swirl pancakes are to die for. I know we'll be coming back soon!

I’ve ordered from this place for years. One particular day I ordered a call in to go order. It was about $80 for of food. I requested 2 of my hamburgers well done cooked crispy bacon. I got home with order discovered my burgers were under cooked. I call the restaurant spoke with a very nice young lady who apologized for the mess up. She offered to replace that day if I came back up there which 23 miles from home. I declined for that day to get food replaced that was messed up. So she wrote my name phone number down for the next time I ordered. When I called back up there to speak with manager on duty Paul was home name. Told him the details of my order. He told me he was not doing anything about it. He said it was my problem and to produce a receipt. He didn’t believe it happened. He said they never make mistakes up there. I’m am blown away by the unprofessional act from a manager. Paul said I was lying about the mess up. Why would a customer who orders very often from there who makes $140K a year college graduate trying to lie get free food I’m guessing. Needless to say Breakfast station of Zephyrhills FL will never get another dollar of mine or my family friends.

Heather’s service is always amazing and the food here cannot be beat. I had the “Almost Famous Crunch Toast” today and once again was beyond pleased. This is for sure one of my favorite breakfast spots if not my absolute favorite.

Great place to eat breakfast is wonderful their lunches are good I can't say anything bad about their food and the staff are great
