Hudson Valley Steakhouse

We had a glorious dinner from appetizers to desserts. Igli was our server and he was wonderful. Delicious cocktails The tastiest, crispy yet soft bread Calamari and Oysters Rockefeller Bone-In Ribeye, two NY Strip Steaks, Martini Chicken Baked Potato, Mashed Potatoes, French Fries Creme Brûlée, Tartofuo, Chocolate Pecan Pie I can't wait to go back again.

This was a very pleasurable experience the night before Mother's Day. Four of us went out to eat the staff was attentive consistently catering to all of our needs. The appetizers were very palatable and tasty. The stakes rank in the highest level to me better than Benjamin's and Ruth chris. This is a jewel in the Hudson Valley that needs more exposure. The owner Sergio was pleasant and checked in on us several times. I told us the story of the first episode of The Sopranos being filmed in his restaurant in New York City. He brings experience and professionalism to our area which is both well received and needed. I rate this restaurant five stars and I hope that many people can experience the pleasurable evening my family and I did.

Took mom for her 83rd. She had never been there. She loved the filet mignon burger with cheddar! Mom loves a good burger and said it was the best! My son and I shared the Porterhouse for two medium rare and it was delicious. The ladies had boring fish but they are not into the steaks. They loved the Bronzino. The staff brought out a nice piece of Tiramisu with a candle lit and sang happy birthday. Mom loves that at a restaurant (i personally always hated it LOL). Sergio was on the floor and stopped by to make sure all was well.

I am appalled that I just got turned away from here for dinner with my husband and 2 children. We have frequented this restaurant many times without a reservation and I even looked online after and every reservation time was available. (They told us the earliest they had was 8pm) We live really close but hopefully can find another steakhouse nearby to go to.

Everything the 3 of us ordered was exceptional!! The portobello mushroom and the clams were delish. The steaks were tender, juicy and flavorful. The chicken scarpariello had a great sauce with tender chicken pieces. The broccoli and potatoes were excellent! The desserts were yummy. Excellent and attentive service.
