Milliken Restaurant - York

My favorite part of the holiday is when I find the hidden gems in and around the places I find for my family and me. We were looking for a good breakfast place as the hotels are usually overpriced and subpar. We have... some online searches and found this place. We stayed here the day we wanted to explore in Toronto and we were welcomed as if we had been there many times. The woman and I have standard breakfast and the kids got bacon, eggs and pancakes. No one was disappointed. We had to go back the next day to make sure that it was not a fuke and how family were treated that explained the reception of our family on their website. That was at the level we mentioned earlier that it was my daughter's birthday and she was treated with a stack of pancakes with candles. My wife and I have both clubhouse sandwiches and they use real, perfectly seasoned chicken breast. I dare to say the best clubhouse I had to eat in many years! The owner Joyce, Tiffany and the rest of the staff show the customer experience that customers should and will come back. They are, of course, proud of their work and leave their way to eat an experience for which people will come back. This was the biggest restaurant experience we have ever met in our many trips and we will be sure to come back as we already feel like family, although there are many kilometers between us!

The food was fresh, tasteful and plentiful. I ordered a spinach and cheese omelet that was To Die For. The homeries were nicely cooked, not burned or too greasy as in most places I was. My wife ordered the houseburger I was very... venerable. She told me it was a juicy, fleshy bliss and she could have had another one! Their fries like my home friars were not too fat and they also give quite large portions. All in all an excellent dining room experience and I recommended very this dining room.

Location is under new ownership just under 2 years ago. Nice place for breakfast or lunch especially when you work in the area as it is in a commercial industrial area. They offer daily lunch specialties, free coffee with 3 egg breakfasts before...11 o'clock, 4 egg omelet, pancakes or French toast, breakfast sandwiches, warm lunches (Gyro, Souvlaki, Shawarma, steak or chicken), rice, fries, Greek salad, garlic bread, fish chips, burgers, veal meats on emperor Bottomless coffee. Free wifi. Cold beer. attentive staff, you order cash, they will call the name when ready or bring them to table. Barrier-free, maybe 15 or so tables, you can also in your order for pickup, they offer catering.

I am so glad I noticed the phone sign, otherwise I would have missed out on this amazing restaurant! I wish I lived closer because I would be a regular here. The service was incredibly friendly, making me feel like part of the family immediately. The food was perfect and delicious, with very reasonable prices. There are some dishes worth skipping, but overall, this place is a must-visit! Go eat here!

My family visited this restaurant for breakfast later in the morning, after the Saturday rush. We were all impressed with the quality of our dishes, and the coffee was excellent with refills offered. The atmosphere and service provided a classic diner experience in Markham. I noticed a sticker in the window indicating they were nominated for the top breakfast, and I would have to agree - their food is top notch.
