Casey's In L - Yankee Hill

Why is it everytime I come in cashiers are on there phone and the cooler is not stocked. I think I will drive a few blocks to super saver or kwik shop for now on. If you are in customer service the customer is first. I guess casey don't do that anymore because if I would have done that 11yrs ago when I worked for this company I would of been fired on the spot.....your employees should not have phones out when they have customers. I'm done with casey I won't be back.

Be aware that their pricing only applies to rewards members. Before I joined rewards it always felt like it cost $3 more than it should have in my head. Pizza and donuts are good though.
