I have no memory of submitting but I realized that I had inadvertently posted a review so I would like to correct it. I love the shaved ice at Potage, and I make the effort to drive about an hour and a half to visit during shaved ice season when I can. The amount of syrup and the texture of the ice are just to my liking, it is visually stunning, incredibly delicious to eat, and I am truly grateful that it is located in the same prefecture. Recently, it has become very popular and crowded, so there are some things to be mindful of when visiting, so I recommend checking the blog for any precautions before heading out.

I thought I had to make a reservation to get in, but it turns out that after 1 pm no reservation is needed. However, it is quite popular so you may have to wait outside for about 30 minutes. The waiting area is spacious and the serene countryside scenery provides a relaxing atmosphere while you wait. Time passed quickly without any trouble. Of course, the famous shaved ice was a fluffy delight, made with handcrafted syrup that added a touch of luxury. Satisfied with this exquisite treat.

Each syrup uses luxurious seasonal fruits generously, creating a rich flavor. It is recommended to check the blog for detailed rules such as parking and arrival being allowed 10 minutes before opening.

席数が少なく、作り手さんが一人だけのようですので、お時間に余裕のある方向けのカフェだと思います。混雑していると、多分待ち時間が普通の複数人で回しているところよりもかかると思います。 ケーキと飲み物の中心メニューで、私が行ったときは軽食はなかったです。丁寧に作られたケーキはとても素敵で、とても美味しかったです。 一階二階に別れてあり、どちらもゆったりと過ごせる居心地のよい空間でした。一階には雑貨やジャムなどが売られてあり、お土産に買いました。種類もたくさんありましたよ。 冬期休業があるようなので、調べてから行った方が良さそうです。

席が少なく、かき氷の削り手さんが一人しかいないため、時間が掛かるが今までで１番美味しいかき氷でした。 行くときは事前に営業日と時間を確認してから良いです。
