Mcdonald's - Wyoming

When I reached the second window, they handed me one drink and a small bag. I pointed out that this wasn’t my order since I had requested three combo meals. The staff member looked annoyed and asked, "WELL DO YOU HAVE A RECEIPT?" I replied that I didn’t. She was quite rude when I told her I had also paid for the person behind me. She instructed me to pull aside and said they would bring my order out, all the while looking very upset. Feeling frustrated by their attitude, I decided to go inside to figure out the issue. When I approached the counter, they gave me my three combo meals but claimed that I hadn’t paid for them, while wishing me a "have a good day" in a very unfriendly manner. I was about to offer to pay, but the two staff members just glared at me and repeated their rude farewell. It was incredibly disappointing to be treated this way when I hadn't done anything wrong.

Today at 2:30 PM, I went through the drive-thru and ordered three combo meals. After placing my order, I moved to the first window to pay the total of $39.00. The cashier asked if I wanted my receipt, and I declined, then mentioned that I'd like to pay for the person behind me. She took my card again and had to call someone to assist because my card was charged twice. I wondered if I wanted another receipt but decided I didn't need it. She told me to pull over to the side while they sorted it out, and her demeanor was unfriendly. Feeling frustrated, I got out to check on the situation. They eventually brought me my three combo meals but insisted that my order hadn't been paid for. They said "have a good day" in a decidedly unfriendly tone. Although I wanted to offer to pay, the two employees just looked at me and repeated their rude farewell. It was really disheartening to be treated this way, especially when I had done nothing wrong.
