Ordered on the subway app at 11am today and told us it would be ready in 15 minutes when I got there they hadn’t started our order and ended up waiting 45 minutes in store for them to make 3 subs. Edit.. we had to go back in store to get them remade because they were both wrong and bacon wasn’t cooked. It’s taken another 40 minutes to get them remade. Edit again.. order is wrong again used wrong sauce and forgot the avocado. I give up
The service was much better this time with friendly staff and smiling faces all takeaway staff should be like this when dealing with customers it makes their experience so much better Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–20
What terrible terrible disinterested young staff this place has . The two girls behind the counter should not be in the retail food industry no please no thank you no smile. They should be scrubbing floors in a Coles supermarket
Staff person dropped some of the ingredients on counter, picked it up and put back into sub, when asked to replace the contaminated food she just took it out and continued did not ask if we wanted fillings with our sub, closed it then opened it again, the ingredients were not very good looking (carrot, lettuce and cucumber all in one pot) when putting the dressing on only put in on the outer edge of the sub, did not listen when we asked to have it cut in half and had to be told twice. Did not speak clearly mumbled her words. Not a good staff person, no customer service skills at all.
