They were slow and unorganized, it was crazy in there couldn't wait to get back out. Now far as the food wasn't impressed got the southern bacon double and was over loaded with onions and I got large onion rings and they was very very greasy, the ones towards the bottom was swimming in grease and few looked like they drowned in it. Sweet tea tasted old or something, poured it back out and went with lemonade.
I wish I had nice things to say because I love Whataburger and most of the people working at this location are very nice; however, this location always takes double the time it would at any other Whataburger. If you want to get your food in a timely manner this is not the location to stop at. Especially when there are two other locations that you can get to and get your food faster.
The help here is clueless. This is the first time I’ve visited since it opened over a year ago, so I’d think they would have people trained. I arrived at 10:55am to order breakfast. They had two registers, but one one operating, because no one could figure out how to unlock the second one.The associate operating the one register was struggling to get another customer’s order correct, which took a couple of minutes; meanwhile, the clock is ticking down to 11:00, the cutoff for serving breakfast. Two customers before me left the store, frustrated with the poor service.Once they left, I was next in line. It took several tries to get the associate to get my order straight, which was clearly stated. I then waited 22 minutes for my order, which was correct. The biscuits were okay, but the gravy was thin and runny, not what I’m used to from other locations.There wasn’t a long line for the drive-thru, so I couldn’t blame the poor service on that, and there was plenty of help in the back.
There was this young man named Mark, in the line they were confusing my order and asked me to pull to 1 and I did they only gave me 2 of my drinks when the young man came out he asked if I was missing anything as I was checking the order and I was missing the drinks for the 2 kids meals and straws he went ahead and apologized and went back in to get it. Came out with straws the 2 drinks and ketchup in a bag that's amazing service as a former Wendy's GM I love to see people exceed expectations to provide great service.
