Fresqo Burger - Woodstock

Service was friendly and great. The food was akin to something you'd get at a HS football game. The burgers were subpar, over cooked and not worth the price. I don't know how this place is still in business. The last place that was here was great. I don't know why they changed and now almost every food place is owned by the same company. They need better choices and selection. Added, I think some the 4/5 stars are paid actors. There's no way the food is 5 stars. There are more negative reviews than positive and all the negative ones say the exact same thing. Go to Marlow's across the street or Five Guys or even McDonald's is better!

What an absolutely terrible place! The food was cold, poorly cooked, and the employee making the food wouldn't acknowledge customers trying to pick up food. The food just sat there getting cold because the heat lamp wasn't on and there was a fan blowing on the food while the unresponsive employee refused to acknowledge customers picking up food. This location would be better served by a vending machine completely replacing the single employee because the service was THAT bad. Go anywhere else other than the food court to get food at the mall.

Terribly slow, will have one teenager working the burger stand while 3 kids stand at the pizza stand doing nothing.

Worst burger I’ve had in years. Not at all like pictures. Paper thin, way overcooked. All self service. Ordered A1 burger. It was NOT. SO, I had an OVERCOOKED BURGER, fries and sprite in a can was over $16. Rip off. Don’t go there.

Nasty, I went to the smoothie place. The customer service was bad and they didn't clean the machines. I almost asked for a refund watching the worker make my smoothie. I'll never go there
