Mcdonald's - Woodruff

Went to drive thru 2 cars waiting when I went around to order waited 5 minutes to order. Pulled up as I pulled up the car in front drove off.another car pulled behind me I couldn't back up 1o minutes later the car behind me drove off.I drove off went to bojangles drive thru. When I came back by the same car was still at window. Poor service.The manager should be fired. Now that I have looked at all the poor reviews on here.And seeing the dirty pics people posted from inside.A district manager should step in and take care of the serious issues at this store.

It sucked need more professional attention gives McDonald's a bad a very low rating And dont go in side you will not get any help with your ordering your food with several employees standing around playing (you need to go back to your old way of working taking orders and I am not the only one that feels that way I have seen customers walk out when your employees laughing at your customers saying they will not come there anymore Burger King is a much better place for service and a happier environment there employees help you with a smile sorry you need to work on your customer relationship Sincerely Herbert Bethune it used to be a nice place to eat at

This McDonald's is disgusting. I went during the evening and this place was dirty as he'll. Old food left out everywhere. Staff was fooling around cursing at each other left and right. Food was burnt. I will not visit this place again during the evening. Hopefully during the morning will be a better experience. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

This store needs new management, new employees, and new owners!!!!! It also needs a visit from DHEC!!!! I don't understand how they pass any inspection! Very unsanitary(everything is filthy), smells awful in there, food is usually under cooked or over cooked! Worst customer service known to man!!!! One of the worst places in woodruff.
