Bagel Bistro Grill - Woodland Park

Love this place. I’ve lived in nyc where I had a bagel every weekend. Grew up in jersey. Lived all over. When I moved to little falls I tried every bagel place in a 10 minute drive (like 10). This place is my favorite. Amazing bagels crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Owners and staff are super nice.

The bagels made here are some of the best I have ever had. Fresh, soft inside, hard crunchy outer crust. And the Sandwiches that are made with these bagels, Delicious. With just the right proportions of meat, egg and cheese, with a small splash of ketchup and a lite sprinkle of salt pepper. You know I will be coming back for more.

Delicious bagels....top three bagel joints in the area. Some reviewers issuing 1 star provide petty reasons for doing so. It's about the BAGELS and these bagels are fantastic!

Horrible experience with this place twice in a row. They pay no attention to detail and give you whatever they want to give you instead of what you ordered. I called to speak to a manager but Ofcourse the manager wasn’t there. I ordered regular vitamin water they brought be sugar free I ordered turkey sausage and paid extra for the substitute they still gave me bacon. I ordered a large coffee wit only almond milk they bought me a small with Splenda. Previously I ordered an ice coffee and they bought me a hot. They don’t care to refund or help you. They barely even pick up the phone. I work in a group home wit patients I cannot leave unsupervised so when they mess up and don’t answer the phone there’s literally nothing I can do. I’m disgusted with the customer service and disgusted with the lack of paying attention to details of your customers orders. Literally wasted my money twice on trash.

Got the remedy. Really good, soft bagel. A little greasy but that 's expected. Customer service was great.
