Typical subway. Sucks!! The bread is toasted far beyond consumption. Who puts the mayo and mustard on like salad dressing?! It needs to go on the bread why is that something subway doesn’t recognize. We placed an online order and, after waiting 20 minutes, I checked in because the app indicated it was ready for pickup. However, after waiting 30 minutes, I still hadn't received my sandwich. When I inquired, I was told to be patient. After a total of 46 minutes, they finally started making my sandwich. At that point, I had to leave hungry to get back to work. My wife and child had driven an hour to have lunch with me, so I’m giving this place 1 star. If I could give zero, I would. Additionally, I noticed that your employees should be wearing hairnets or hats.

They never pick up the phone in the mornings when they first open. It seems like they might not be interested in taking large orders from businesses! Throughout the rest of the day, they rarely answer calls for phone orders either. Additionally, they often do not open on time.
