Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Woodford

Horrible experience at this Dairy Queen location the manager on duty at the time was very rude and looked at me as if I was some hoodlum trying to double coupon when I asked her to scan my rewards . She didn?t say hi or hello or anything then told anotheremployee to handle me . I felt like a target or prejudged in a sense . Never again will I be ordering from this location . Poorcustomer service on the manager part . Whoever taya is she did an excellent job at speaking and delivering great customerservice but the manager Gabrielle c or whoever was working tonight . Terrible customer service ! .

Best DQ EVER! Service was superb and food was delish! I got their chili dogs and Peanut Buster parfait....out of this world on point! Thank you ladies, you deserve to be recognized for your pleasant and friendly customer service!

Lovely workers : was able to get an allergy menu quickly most times they dont know if they have one or they spend 10 minutes looking) so big plus. They had cups on the wall showing different sizes AND the difference between milkshake, blizzard, andother stuff. Which was really helpful to me. The ice cream tasted like ice cream lol, but my boyfriend really loved his blizzardand i was bewildered when they turned it upside-down new to me) but also really excited. 10/10

The food here is really good quality, fresh ingredients, clean restaurant. It's much better than other dairy queens I've eaten at. Great food for the reasonable price

First time eating/ordering from this DQ. Grubhub delivered it 10 mins before it was supposed to arrive. My food was hot yet my blizzard still frozen and I have to say the presentation of my meal was better than the pictures. No napkins, and sauces fordipping onion rings. The main thing is, it took of team of players to make my meal get to my home hot, looking good, and tastyand today you all have rocked it!!
