The Tavern Grill - Woodbury

Awesome place and has a great outside patio for eating and drinks. Outside bar too.

Me and my family went here on June 5th for lunch in the early afternoon. Had fantastic food and service!! Have already spread the word how wonderful everything was!!

The food was fantastic. Our server Jeremiah was absolutely fantastic! Best service I've had in a long time. Nick was also great as we had a party of over 25 women.

My meal a large salad with Chicken was terrible. Flavor was absent, chicken was dry and without taste. Don’t expect me back.

I ordered for myself and my partner on the phone. Her food was fine, she got the Thai chicken wraps. I ordered the Cubano. Given that the Cubano at Tavern Grill has Korean BBQ sauce on it, and the menu does not state that it has mustard on it, I ordered on the phone with an actual person. I clarified that I wanted no BBQ sauce, and only dill pickles (they also put sweet pickles on them? , and that I wanted dijon mustard. She said it was no problem. Got back to where we were staying and the sandwich had pork, cheese, and ham on it. No pickles and no mustard. I don't expect cuban bread, I don't expect a Cuban sandwich like I could get in Miami or Tampa Bay. But I do expect to get what I ordered if told it is possible to sub ingredients. The waffle fries were weirdly tasteless (I have eaten here before and they were great . Pretty disappointed and I will not be returning. I gave it 2 stars only because my previous dine-in experience was great.
