Online orders on the panda website are not prioritized. i ordered my food 20 minutes before getting there to give them time to prepare. i got there and was ignored for 10 minutes until I spoke to the person. after another 10 minutes i spoke to them again and they had the ticket on the counter and was never payed attention to. after the prepared it they didn’t give my order until another 10 minutes later when i spoke to them again for the 3rd time. it took about 50-60 minutes to get my food. i order online to be in and out and yet i was there longer than everyone in line plus others coming in. bad service.

Bought food for family. Food was not cooked and had to throw. It was not even cooked. Called store and they just hanged. Don’t visit this store.

So sad that they actually want to charge you .10 cents for a bag to put your food in. Even McDonald's gives you your food in a bag, and I spent way more money here then at McDonald's Too bad Panda Express really needs my dime, what a turn off, because I won't be going there anymore.

Me and my Husband went there tonight and I’m sorry to say we won’t be going back again u get more rice then u get meat and then u order meat that’s not spicy and get home and ur eating and the food is spicy. The broccoli is so hard and big not satisfied with it better off going to real Chinese spot u get ur moneys worth there not here. Never Again
