Mob Burger - Wood Ridge

Order at Grubhub at 12:27, waited until 2:00 and order NIE showed up. Restaurant had no communication and would not answer the phone after an hour. Fortunately, Grubhub has refunded me, but I am very upset about this experience.

Here you will find delicious burgers. Get the Donutburger You won't regret it! Friendly and helpful service only in case your order is wrong. If you can't do it with UberEATS or GrubHub. It's worth eating there.

Exceptional service. I had to call them three times because I ordered them by Grubhub and didn't receive a confirmation text, so I thought with my fear that my food would not come. Every time I called, they were very friendly and explained what the Grubhub app said as they don't let me track on my phone. When I finally got the food, a dessert was missing and I felt bad because I called it, so I just wanted to let it go. My husband called instead, and the workers came and delivered it themselves, even though we went through Grubhub. They were so sweet and nursing. Amazing service and delicious food. Definitely back there and this time I'm just gonna go to lol.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. Ordered a mob burger with cheddar and a badabing. Somehow the badabing came with American cheese even though it states on the menu cheddar. Called to get refunded because I can't eat American and they refused. Guy calls me back to argue with me again that it has cheddar even though it's clearly not. Why are you calling me back unless to fix the situation? Oh they also charged my us for 3 burgers even though we ordered 2.

Horrible customer service. Unprofessional to the max. Never had such a bad experience with anyone as much as the people who work here. They cancelled my order. No money back. I order to be delivered at work to eat in my break and ended up having no food for my break. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! When i called to see where was my order they told me they canceled it. Not one apology. I wish i could go into more details but I?m so annoyed. I used to love the burgers there but after the way i was treated i will never buy from there ever again. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE INDIGNATION.. NOT WORTH IT.
