Biggby Coffee - Wood County

1 employee solo busting his tail.coffee was cold, place was trashed. Tipped him heavy cause I felt bad for him.

I asked and paid for an extra shot in my carmal marvel, and I either didn't receive it or they tried to reuse the grounds.Of course, I went to the drive-thru and didn't taste it until I was too far away to take it back.This wasn't the first time this had happened at that location.If people are paying more than $7 for a coffee, it should be what they asked for.If you want to stay in business, do not cut corners .

Waited fifteen minutes for service in the drive through before parking and walking in. Found one employee only able to try and keep up with walk ins. I left. Wasn't going to wait fifteen more minutes for a drink.

Biggby coffee is a nice little place to get a little caffeine boost. They are about on par with Starbucks as far as quality, and my favorite part is a lot of their drinks are pretty basic and not overly sweet. When I get coffee, I prefer it to taste like coffee and not some kind of weird, overly sweet desert. Their prices are decent, I think they could be a little lower but I'm happy to pay the price as I only go here every so often. Service is usually pretty good, and not a long wait.

This bigbby is great, friendly employees and super delicious coffee consistently. But I cannot stand how they ask you for a tip at the drive thru it makes things uncomfortable and they always give you a look when u say no. I don't believe in tipping for a coffee. It should never feel pressured or asked . Just use a tip jar. But please stop asking at the drive thru. It makes costumers so uncomfortable!
