Dunkin' - Woburn

Literally the slowest dunks in Woburn. You order on the app, walk into the store 10 minutes later and they're sitting on their butts talking, my coffee not made. Many times this has happened, esp in the afternoon. 4 corners is the best, the only reason I came to this one today is because 4 corners is closed.

I love this Dunks. I'll drive across town to get to this store. They make my iced americano perfect 9 times out of 10 when I mistakenly ordered the wrong flavor today they remade it for me. I appreciate the DD workers :

Very nice ladies behind the counter and the coffee was great. The lemon cake was DELICIOUS!!!

Very rude and unpleasant staff. I go there often in the afternoons, and my order is always wrong. Something is always missing, or made incorrectly. The place also looks dirty.
