Kfc - Wise

The worst dinner ever.got hubby a 3 piece original .got home,had 2 thighs so hard unable to eat,third piece ,could not even figure out what it was.tiny little piece of hard something.at the prices,no more for me.

My friend and I enjoyed our meal. I've worked at a KFC in Texas in the past. I enjoyed my experience and so has my Son worked at one in Illinois also. Besides I STILL like eating at any KFC. Never had a bad visit even though I know the ropes.

Went through drive-thru ordered 20 fill up and They Tried to serve me pulled apart tenders in place of my nuggets...I asked for the correct product went in and heard An employee Talking about me getting on her nerves! Her name Was Kimberlee...This lady has no right to talk about me All I wanted was What I purchased initially! I even tipped the lady at the drive thru at the beginning her name was Dianne they pulled me up after I requested the correct food. Then they brought it out wrong again...So I walked in to intercept the food and By the time I got it My fried was cold as Ice and My biscuits was hard as baseballs...and the worst part of it all was The Employee ruined our meal at KFC with The Bad Attitude. I literally walked in to her Fussing to the Diane lady about How I was getting on her nerves as if I needed to just take the wrong Food and Be Okay with it....Worst experience Yetat KFC...please Talk to whoever this lady is about customer service! We will not be back!

Since you are asking, I didn't go to KFC went by there you need to change your algorithm,LOL

We both have always enjoyed the menu and food at this KFC in Wise, VA
