Terrible experience, ordered food at 11:45, waited until 3:00 and ended up driving there to collect. Phone was not answered despite repeated calls and during the time I was there the phone kept ringing and was ignored. The session was empty bar...one person. When we got food the wedges had been in the bag for a while from sitting and the food was perfectly warm. No refund, not even for the shipping cost, after collected by yourself. Will not get any business from myself in the future.
Ordering groceries through delivery service. 2.5 hours later no show. They don't answer her phone so as not to contact her. Total garbage.
The staff yells at you when you walk in for the 4 rule but because the queue is at the back of this demal shop you don't know until you get in the queue. The staff like their buddies without masks...although and it was only until I glared at the store clerk that she responded to telling them to step outside! Don't go for lunch, they prefer to do the online orders before actually serving every drop-in customer. It was ignored for ten minutes while a group of workers add their order to a person at the front so they don't wipe themselves out. Very poor or no management at all staff hate working there. It was lunchtime when I saw this circus, they should be prepared for a busy period!
Only allowing 4 people in the workshop at a time but there is no proper queue for social distancing. I am an essential worker wanted to get my lunch I didn't have much time I was spoken to DISGUSTINGLY by 2 WOMEN...in the queue who felt the need to tell me to wait outside to get to the back of the queue. Regardless there was no place for me to wait outside! I am very upset with these two women and was unable to continue with my work that day.
