Popped in for continental breakfast and was not disappointed, very welcoming staff , thanks to ewelina and Natalie for the polite table service , top marks to chef, full English was spot on

Myself and my fiancée decided to have evening meal their is brilliant. The flatbread garlic one is tasty and lovely. The bbq planted based chicken was lovely and tasty with skinny fries. The staff was helpful and friendly in my life. The services was amazing

Woeful. Waited an age to be seated in what was a scene of utter chaos. Chronically understaffed so endured a further wait for orders to be taken. Continental selection being depleted as quickly as the few staff were able to fill it up. One coffee machine for the entire restaurant and hotel. 2 domestic toasters that took an age to toast. Shocking. People were walking out and asking for refunds. Won't be back.

I went there for my special birthday with my family …. What a disappointment it was . Because we were a party of 10 , we were seated in the conservatory part of the pub . The room was freezing cold , I had to ask for the heating to be put on … begrudgingly it was however this didn’t warm the room until we were leaving, so we all kept our coats on throughout the appalling meal . Tough steaks … cold chips and no salad on the plate as advertised .. We waited over an hour for the food that was well below standard . On ordering we were told there wasn’t any fillet steak left , and only 3 ribeye steaks on offer . As it’s a steak house you expect there to be plenty of stock . The toilets were disgusting…. No toilet paper I had to go and ask for it the toilet bowls were filthy and dirty . We were extremely disaffected with the food , facilities, and the staff . We won’t be going there again .

Very poor Sunday lunch. Food cold. Staff didn't seem surprised at the complaint. Been here twice since under new management. Food poor on both occasions so will not be returning
