I like blaze because they have gluten free crust. But they have several gluten free crust options for paleo or keto diet. I chose the keto crust and I had alot of vegetables added to the pizza. Spinach , arugula, basil, 2 types of olives, whole clove and minced garlic and 4 meats. The customization options here are enormous. Blaze also sells salads if pizza is not wanted.
