Arigato Sushi Restaurant - Winter Park

Came to Arigato Sushi on a Sunday evening for dinner. We were all dressed and ready to enjoy. We checked if they were open before they came. We were greeted in a cold way and said we have a big party here, make the sound out. My wife and I looked at us and said no, we were okay with the noise, we could sit at the bar or a corner table. Some high in a foreign language and we were told there was no room and we had to go or get food. There was no sign at the door for a party and there were several available tables. This degree of respect for the customer is what makes this place subordinate to most. I can't talk about eating. But the treatment overshadowed it.

The sushi reels are fine, but customer service is terrible. Server took orders for ever, we waited almost 30 minutes before we even water (after repeated questions) server then brought food with sauce over the outside of the plate (aufreiss) and when it was replied to the incident, he, if you don't want to eat here, you can leave and threaten to call the police. Save your headaches and just go to eat with Kobe. Much better food and customer service.

The service was one of the worst... I don't think they know how to do business. Too bad because the food was really good. It won't be back.

I never knew about this place until my Gf told me. Pretty good work on sushi, price is reasonable. They play in love for music. Very recommended!

This is by far one of the best sushi places around the area, I've been coming here for 9 years and it never disappoints the price to quality ratio is unbeatable, are there more luxurious and extravagant places out there? Sure. But you're not gonna find the value and quality this small hidden gem offers!
