Longhorn Steakhouse - Winter Garden

We ate in Longhorn Steakhouse after a morning of shopping. It was a Saturday and there were about 10 minutes to sit. It seems that they re short personaled because there are many open tables and only 3 servers working. Sitting once took about 10 minutes until our server welcomed us and took our drinks orders. We ordered drinks and appetizers and it took another 10 to get our drinks. Our bread actually arrived before we got our drinks. It took a while to get our apps, salads and meals. If you eat after a slower pace, this is the place. We were?t and were all quite hungry because it was about two when we arrived. The food came hot and was really good. I didn't get many photos because I was hungry and forgot, Lol. It's worth waiting if you remember? re short personaled and extremely patient. It seems that the case in many restaurants now. We? ve online ordered and made Curbside pickup and that the route we take?ll to the future at Longhorn. It is so much easier to pick it up for a lunch that takes almost 2 hours in person.

LongHorn Stakehouse in winter garden. We went a little pass 9:00 on Wednesday night. There was no waiting time. The host was friendly and quickly brought us to our table. The food was delicious. Service was very good. Our waitress was very attentive. She immediately brought bread and our drinks. This restaurant offers a casual and cozy atmosphere with beautiful ambient lighting and pleasant background music. There is a combination of tables and stands and there is a bar area. They are open at 11:00 to prove lunch and dinner options. A great place to dive. I will definitely visit again.

I never appreciate a chain restaurant five stars, but I think Longhorn really reaches everything they promise. The food is very good, but most staff are very friendly and welcoming. Since guest services are deteriorated in other local companies, I appreciate the excellent support that the staff in Longhorn brings to the guest experience. Bravo Team good work. I had the Ribeye Steak and everything was excellent. The chefs really know what they do.

I ordered the Longhorn Steak with a salad and a sweet potato. The salad was good, but I had to bring her back with the sweet potato and steak. Steak came to the table perfectly cooked, but cold. I asked for the manager, but she took so long to get to the table and never asked us what was wrong. She just told us what she's gonna do. So they took the steak back and heated it in the microwave. Now my middle steak is well done. At last they brought me a new steak, but that cared it. I couldn't eat it bc it was burned, but boiled medium charred! I'm not coming back. The sweet potato was so dry and crooked, also burned. This is the most terrible experience I've ever had in Longhorn. I'm not back!

It is a cool place with nice atmosphere. The food was very good but they forgot the 4oz lobster tail and had to rush one in the kitchen. Overall the steaks were great and the sides were nice.
