Chick-fil-a - Winston-Salem

I was in several Chick-fil-A restaurants and as always they never disappointed. They are always characterized by efficiency, friendly service, warm and tasty food, clean restaurants and a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy a beautiful chicken sandwich. I was very impressed by the thru drive because it had mounted a awning with fans for summer time and heating for winter time. It's just to show you how much attention detail Chick-fil-A in every aspect of their restaurants.

The food was great. Ordered ahead and went inside to pick up my order; only had to wait a few minutes. All this was at 5:00 pm too. Great service thank you!!

I had to wait in line a few days ago for about 20 minutes for my sandwich and fries but the manager was extremely nice and the staff was very helpful. They gave me a card to come back and I will definitely be back because of service and the food is impeccable.

Cold dining room, but warm emplyees, forgot our salad dressing and the chick-FIL-A sand is definitely smaller than it used to be. Courtesy is extremely important to us, so for that reason, we give this location a 3 out of 5 stars.

We ordered a bunch of nuggets for a house warming party to put on a tray and prepaid on app to pick up quickly, but they lost the order and it took forever! The food is normally good here, but the service is inconsistent. Not the standard Chick-fil-A is known for.
