Bidrage med feedbackEveryone had everything from ribeye, chicken channels and grilled garnels, burger and alfredo. I highly recommend saving space for freshly baked cookies with ice and toppings. service was great and very friendly. our first time and we will definitely come back. had a bad experience 3/16/2019. they have a new management and work to fix the problems we had. will update next visit to see if the changes have made a difference. if not this 5 stars will definitely be changed to reflect.
I don't know why this place has such a low rating. We have been here several times and love the food you can't beat the prices! The chicken tortilla soup as well as the Wisconsin cheese bites are a great start. Soup has a nice kick full of flavors. The bites are gooey and better than mozzarella sticks! I had the Lemon Pepper Whitefish with Ginger rice and salad. A part of it was a bit salty but the rest was well seasoned. The salad dressing was tangy but less would have been better. My wife had the Tilapia and shrimp with Mango Salsa and lived it. My daughter the Lemon Pepper chicken and son the Maple Bacon Chicken Sandwich. I had a bite of all and loved them. Staff was great, place is elegant and clean! have always loved every dish I try here, no complaints on that part. The new Blackened Reddish with crab sauce is amazing. The Could try Fried steak was great. I do see why they have low ratings, the service is just not up to par. Friendly but not really on Top of the service. If they can training. The staff better it would definitely get more stars!
I had no idea this place was a chain until I saw this one. I had been to the one in Pennsylvania a little over a year ago and thought it was great. I was happy to find this one and realize that there might be others out there way closer to my home. Overall the food is good, and there was no waiting for a party of 4 with a baby in a car carrier on a Saturday at 12:30. They do have car carriers slings which is always a plus in my book and much appreciated.
I'll start off with the pros: The atmosphere, decoration and design of the interior is attractive and welcoming. The warm croissants (orders as an appetizer) were the best thing I ordered. My Nana enjoyed her ribs (but said TGI Fridays were better) and I like my steamed broccoli and potatoes (the two sides I ordered). My waitress was pleasant and attentive. Now the cons: There was a large chicken tender on the floor... in the middle of floor.. as plain as day. My cutlery had black specks on them and also in the white napkin. My 2 cups had redeposited food from the dishwasher (I saw a small piece of broccoli on my cup). The lemon pepper fishy was salty. My Nana's macaroni and cheese tasted like water She also mentioned the noodles were under cooked. We came after a movie around 4:00pm. I've been here before and my first experience was better but the dirty dishes alone are enough to make sure I don't return. Nice venue and great service, but the food and cleanliness need improvement.
Yesterday Jan 12th at 4pm a friend of mine and I decided to do girls night out, we planned cheddars and I thought it’d be great.... ::wrong!:: I got sat in a section that had no one attending it, then there was old dishes and cups EVERYWHERE AROUND ME where wait staff continued to pile on the dirty dishes, Finally after waiting 30 minutes for someone to take my drink order I went to the bar and asked if I could have a waitress, the bartender then tells me that no one was assigned to help me and he would help, I ordered an appetizer and it was cold, the food wasn’t expressive nor was the time it took to receive it. The manager came up and asked me about my service I advised him it was horrible he took off about 10.00 from our cost. After leaving there at 645pm I had to sit and think about that horrible experience and not even being comfortable to eat my food due to all the dirty plates!!!! I won’t be returning..... it’s not even worth the 38 min drive for me!
