Biscuitville - Winston Salem

I used to eat some regular breakfast here. The food is usually hot and fresh and I had no complaints. But I was disappointed when they changed over their cash register system and didn't post anything at the cash register. When I got into the window, they said they didn't pay more apple/android through the drive-thru. Then the guy looked at me and was like you could come out and go without your order or go. I told them it was very unconsidered by customers time, we wait in line for 15 to 20 minutes and then order and get into the window and how to go waiting in the long line inside or toughness luck. I feel like they had composed my $7 meal for this day because I was a regular customer. That's something Chick-fil-A would have done. It has left a bad taste and although I go back, not so much because of this experience. Overall, the food is good and the ladies on the ride through are pretty nice.

Breakfast was on the spot. Super friendly with contemporary service. The drive thru moved immediately. Inside was clean and the staff was fabulous. Obvious teamwork happens!

I don't think I ever had a bad cookie from this special restaurant. Line can wait on the road to wait for a typical morning for driving through so plan for a little. Line moves efficiently and all problems the manager makes it right. Grids and other sides also good.

They are always great and they give my Pup's bone shaped cookies when we go through the Drive-Thru!

We come here once a week now! Always fresh and staff is super friendly. Never had a bad experience here
