Wok and Roll - Winnipeg

I visited the restaurant again yesterday and saw that the owners had changed and the decor had been updated. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had not changed the price of the buffet. However, I noticed that the quality of the food was not as good as it was a few years ago. The restaurant was clean and had a good selection, but the food seemed to lack seasoning. It was probably healthier this way, but it wasn't what I was expecting when eating out. The chicken balls, veal, and chicken wings were crispy but lacked the usual seasoning salt/MSG flavor that I was used to. I will probably come back since the service is quick and the prices are reasonable, but I was disappointed with the changes.

I always go to this restaurant for the lunch buffet. The food is consistently delicious and they frequently change up the items on offer, which I appreciate. I also get takeout from here and it never disappoints.

First visit here was very good. Servings were very large and tasty. Lots to take home after filling up. Service was also very good. Recommend the sweet sour pork with pineapple.

Delicious!. Their beef chow mein is to die for!! I crave for it constantly! Best part is the quick and friendly service. I'm moving soon and I'm SO upset that I won't be able to come here as often . Haven't found a place that compared yet!!

My favourite Chinese restaurant in the neighbourhood , just a block away from where I live. Great food and friendly service. Highly recommend!
