George's Burgers & Submarines

These burger joints are getting fewer in numbers all the time.We hit this place up every so often and it never disappoints.Our favorites are always the Greek salad and their burgers.Prices are in line with the market and the food is great. This isnt a fine dining type of restaurant but its comfortable and clean. If you are looking for a good burger and fries joint I would recommend these guys.

Anything less than a 4-star review is inaccurate. It's as simple as that. The burgers and chili fries at this restaurant are excellent. I'm giving it a 5-star rating because it truly deserves it.

One of my favourite meals is a hamburger with fresh and hot french fries.  George's on St. Mary's has never let me down.  The service is always efficient, courteous, and friendly.  Parking is never a problem.  However, I do have one concern.  A litre of wine costs $25 while a half litre is $20.  In my opinion, that $20 price should be reduced to no more than $15.  As it stands, it encourages people (some of whom are drivers) to drink more than they should.  Also, as it stands, a half litre and a 6 oz. glass cost more than a litre.  That is no logical.

The fries are excellent! The burgers and gyros are also very good, but they are comparable to other places. The service and cleanliness are good. The atmosphere isn't amazing, but if you're looking for tasty food, this is a great spot to visit.

The poutine here is amazing. I've never been disappointed! The fatboys are good but it seems like the burger itself is getting smaller because the bun is almost double the size. Too much bun. The hotdogs are good too.
