Tim Hortons - Windsor On

I want there and I order a crispy chicken and when I ask the lady what was in she in the food she did not gene listen to me and just gave it to me and when I went back to return it and I did not finish my sentence she said I can not return it I was soo made like who does that.The person serving me the food was very rude and served me without not wearing glove like and it and the atmosphere was very bad because I am never going there anymore

This Tim's is very hit or miss! Some days I can get my coffee/food and be out in minutes with great service. Other times you're stuck waiting for just coffee! I understand it gets busy but when you order 2 coffees, wait for 3 cars in front of you to slowly get their orders, then be told you have to wait for your coffee and wait at the window for almost 5 minutes just for one of your coffees to be made incorrectly! It does get frustrating and I honestly prefer to just drive to a better location but that doesn't always work out

We went through the drive through and waited 9 minutes for the first car to get their order. Then the next truck 3 minutes. Our order was ready but when I asked for my receipt, he couldn't replace the paper and after 4 minutes, it started printing off ALL, the previous orders. To boot, the timbits weren't fresh. Something needs to be corrected!! Worst Timmy's I've been to. Service: Take out
