Jamba - Windsor Locks

I love that Jamba Juice is at BDL and they have delicious Açaí bowls Nayelis customized my bowl to add more fruit options and were speedy ,helpful and as sweet as the bowl I ordered . There is also a new app with perks nationally to join that they told me about so my next purchase will be discounted when I travel. Nayelis and German are awesome and made my travel day much more pleasant and delicious.

It's great to have a healthier option for food at the airport! Pb banana protein smoothie was delicious, as was the spring egg break. Service was quick and no long line to contend with, which was great at 6am after getting thru security.

Great customer service! Every time I go there for my break or lunchtime the staff at Jamba is always courteous, professional, helpful, and friendly. Especially the morning staff there. Those ladies do a fantastic job. I have gotten great recommendations for drinks. Highly recommend this place.

Great costumer service and fresh products, can’t wait to go again

This location in the airport is very inconsistent with hours of operation and customer service. I have had great customer service here occasionally in the past but very frequently they close before 4pm and other times they are open after 4pm but tell me they stop doing bowls at different times. Today I got in line T 3:59pm and got to the register at 4:03pm and was told they stopped doing bowls at 4. I let her know I have been in line to which she responded that the spoons are already in the sink when I was sjn like watching both female employees working the whole time and never stopped to put spoons in the sink. I fly in and out of BDL every single week and always get a bowl (when they will make them for and the inconsistency in service and messages is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this location though I am a huge fan of Jamba in general.
