Mcdonald's - Windsor

I asked for a carmel frap extra carmel. They didn't give me extra carmel and when I asked they were rude and said it was extra carmel and refused to help. I got a small fry and it was half full. Will not be coming back here again.

Mobile ordering is great, pick up at drive thru or curb side, your choice. Standard cheese burger, fries and Coke, taste is consistent- it’s McDonald’s. Generally wish fries were crispier.

No longer are prices shown on the menu. It's like either you have enough to cover it, or they aren't interested.

Coming from someone who worked at an Australian Mc Donald’s this location even after all the renovations is still not making up their poor management and lack of customer service, they want everyone to use the kiosks instead of ordering with a live human being . When the kiosk took my money but didn’t print a receipt the guy behind the counter said he had no proof of purchase so had to show a bank statement. When the food came they forgot the drink , if you choose the option for “Eat in “ they still put it in a bag and expect you to come get it . There is limited English at this location and very inexperienced staff that look like they are hardly out of school and this is their first job so customer service skills are lacking . poor training perhaps )All staff are more focused on drive thru and no customer interface . Nuggets were hard indicates they’ve been sitting too long . Very disappointing customer service experienced at this location .

No one at the counter, so went to the touch screen kiosk, it had a software issue, so gave up and waited 2 or 3 minutes for staff to come to the ordering register, watched two more people after me have the same issue, hit assistance key, they never came out to help the women trying to order, literally seven minutes..literally took 20 minutes total to get a 4 piece mc nugget snack meal. McDs has their staff hiding behind walls rather than customer care...extremely poor way to run a retail store, we basically avoid it now because of the high prices and ignoring customers at the counter, consistent at all the franchises I have seen recently, very sad in what used to be a great company ?
