Fantastic home made pizza experience the whole family and I loved the hot spot pizza and salat experience; but at this weekend I cried and spoke with cheering and arranged for taking frozen pizzaty, meat and sauce to make it. omg this turned out wonderful; especially with the speciality garlic / onion/chilli and olive oil soße! very recommend hot spot and hopkins harvest for anyone who wants qualitatiw high quality food or fixine!
I try to stop every week at hopkins or so to pick up fresh vegetables, specialties and delicious pizza. I have always received an exceptional service from all employees. the last months were difficult for most people and they make a great work with the new protocols. stop the good workers!
Hopkins harvest is another victim of covid, with long lines, bad customer service, overpriced product and a long list of rules that customers expect to follow. in the introduction of the market there is a sign that performs the rules that customers through the...first being "the unfaithful of the personal will not be tolerated". but apparently restless by the personal, and especially by kerstan (one of the peculiarities, to paying customers is quite good. the last article on the list is “STAY healthy. stay safe. stay HOME”. next time I will not stay home, but I will definitely stay away from this business and no kerstan, scream “Are they ignoring me” and “Are we a problem” with paying customers is not in order. and yes, I have tried to ignore you because I have already spoken to your manager before you yell at us without explanation. we recently stopped at hopkins to buy dutchman dairy milk. when they return the washed bottles to the load, they usually get a $1 refund per bottle. we have done this in the last three months several times after washing the bottles or guided through our dishwasher. our last two experiences were very different. the first time they refused to refund the deposit fee, the cashier said it was because there was milk around the lip of the bottle. we have washed it again and tried it again. the second time they refused because there was a very light milk film in the bottle and they said that because of covid the inner of the bottles had to be absolutely immaculate. they assured us that the Dutch dairy hunts and sanitizes the bottles before they are refilled, but covid is covid and rules must be adhered to. and while none of the employees we could see we wore masks or gloves while we interact with customers or while we process products in the load. when Kerstan stopped to challenge, we were more than happy to pay $40 for four 994 ml bottles of milk, 6 pfirsiche and a head garlic only to load and away from her. (I have a problem with you kerstan? yes. they are a very frightening person when they lean over a counter and a little too close for comfort. her business manager did her very best to explain an unconsistent and illogical business policy. she did her best to unravel the situation and I felt good with us. they were confronted and intimidating. I will never return to this loading and recommend that they do not protect this equipment. there are numerous other companies in the opposite that dutchman dairy milk, pfirsiche and garlic for lower prices sell and treat their customers like estimated customers, including Sobey’s in invermere and the market in radium. if hopkins no longer wants to accept bottles for refund, then they make it clear to a store policy and add it to the extensive list of rules that they expect their customers to follow carefully.
The Hot Spot in Windermere, just 5 minutes out of Invermere, offers great flavors, fresh toppings, and a crafted sauce on a wood-fired thin crust pizza. It is unique to the valley and surpasses other dining options in Invermere. The restaurant is attached to a fresh market, where they source all of their fresh toppings from. Having been coming here for 20 years from Calgary for a summer vacation, we have tried most of their pies and The Hot Spot will now be our go-to spot. Additionally, they are willing to do half and half pizzas, which is not common in many other places.
