This is the third I have tried this KFC and it will be the last. Now I will say shame on me for not checking my order but I didn?t expect half my order to be missing. I received no sides and ordered a 3 piece and only received 2 pieces. The manager on shift was great to make the order whole. Owner, unless you are actually going to write something back that is useful don?t bother. The canned response for most of these is a waste of time to even read.
The food quality is quite poor, and the staff seems disinterested in providing good service. I believe significant changes need to be made.
I am a regular customer at this location and stopped by today. I was pleased with how quickly I received my order at the drive-thru. Usually, I have to wait more than five minutes at the window, but today my order was ready well before that. I appreciate the improvements made by the new management, as this location really needed someone who cares about the business. The hospitality has significantly improved, and the cleanliness of the store looks much better. I will definitely be coming back soon. I hope they keep the new manager, who provides amazing customer service and knows how to treat customers with courtesy.
We stopped by for a chicken sandwich on a Sunday evening (02/13/21). Although we had to wait a bit for our food to be freshly prepared, the manager, a gentleman in a grey striped uniform, was incredibly kind and appeared to be working very hard. I truly appreciate him and all the service workers who put in sincere effort for their customers. Thank you!
