Subway - Winchendon

I have been coming here for a long time as i work close to it. i have always called and placed my order because i do have specific instructions and when i put them on my online order they’re never done. i called yesterday and the employee on the phone was extremely rude and when i went to place my order today they told me i am no longer allowed to call and order my food. Absolutely ridiculous!

Staff is rude as **** and my subs are always falling apart! Watching how some of the staff treat the younger staff there makes me sick. Will not return back here!

This location is horrible I don't have a hour to write all the things wrong at this subway so 1 star.

This is my second time going to this location in a month. I usually don’t leave reviews but this is so frustrating. I hope someone sees this in management and does some training or something. First time I ordered here, my sandwich was completely wrongbread was wrong, wasn’t toasted and all the filling was completely wrong. I ate it anyways and just let it go and chalked it up to a fluke. The second time I ordered here, I got all the way home and the bread was completely wrong and it still wasn’t toasted. I really don’t carehonestly, it’s not the end of the world but when I spend my hard earned money, I would at least like to get what I asked forespecially since I ordered on the app and there was no way for me to miscommunicate.
