Wankers Corner Saloon Cafe

I used to love this place and it was always known for great food. Yesterday's visit was far less than desirable. 3 halibut fish tacos that were mediocre at best for $18. Ridiculous!!! Fish was super dry and uneventful. Friends French dip was tiny. Response from the owner earned another star. We will be back and I totally understand the labor shortage.

It was a cool bar and they had a wonderful Cuban sandwich and the service was great.

I ordered the country fried steak. When we asked the waitress what the veggie on the side was they said they would ask. Second time around. They forgot the first time. And they said it was broccoli and cauliflower. So my dad randomly accepts it. When the food arrived. The side was not at all what the waitress said it was. It was ALL cauliflower that was dyed green. Waitresses wore face mask without covering. Crazy considering we're in a global pandemic

Food was great, although a little slow coming out of the kitchen.
