Bidrage med feedbackI wish I could give no stars for this location. One of the employees by the name of Natalia is very rude and feels ok it's ok to use profanity at customers. She shouldn't be working in the public eye with that attitude. I will be contacting corporate inregards to her actions. I will never go back to that location very horrible and not professional at all. Her mouth can reallyget her in trouble.
The old lady is horrible. It is 50/50 chance that she gets your order right, so cross your fingers guys. Definitely not going there anymore.
This a review for Dunkin store INFO 7247 Kingery Hwy Willowbrook, IL 60521 Very rude Manager Very bad service Deal with customer very bad and un respectable. We paid the money and we did not get the food The manager is a liar. She called police for us myself and my family)for a false claim that we did not pay for our order when police came found that we did pay and we had ourreceipts and we did not even receive all the items that we paid for! This never happened to me any where before. I neverreceived such horrible service any where in US before. This store with a manager like this should nerve be in service because,it is abuse to customers. Will never recommend this store to any one .
Absolutely the most HORRIFIC product AND service ever. BUT...ONLY if the owner is servicing customers. Not once, not twice, not even thrice, but FOUR separate occasions the owner has watered down my iced tea so drastically to save herself $0.000015, it waspaler than urine. Everytime I complained, I was literally chased over to the straw and napkin kiosk by her insisting that if youask for ice cubes in your black iced tea, the solution WILL BE COLORLESS. I assured her that SHE is the ONLY person to EVERserve black iced tea in this state, at her store or anyones store, anywhere, anytime, anyplace. Black iced tea is not clear andcolorless. I am done with her rude, dishonest, disingenuous gaslighting. Unfortunately, I stopped in every single workday...never, ever ever ever ever again. This store owner lost a regular, constant customer to save 0.000015 cents. Quitepossibly the most rude, dishonest, hateful business owner I have encountered in my lifetime. STAY AWAY from this business.
This just like every other Dunkin Donuts. Products are the same as any location. But the staff are what brings back regulars like myself. Management seems to forget that which explains they?re staff turn over rate. I literally go here twice a day forthe last 3 years and getting to the point where I?ll go support a business that takes care of their workers rather then tocontinue to grow managements ego thinking that the success of the store is based on them rather than the people that areactually providing the service.
