Elly's Pizza - Wilkes-Barre

This place used to be good. Their food is still delicious when done correctly yet for the past year or so it's been hard getting a proper order done right. And their customer service has been less then par. Such a shame as this used to be a good spot tograb some grub in this ghetto. Forget trying to place an order via phone or online and if you do pay in cash when you arrive forpickup. Check your order before leaving.

This was actually my second time ordering from here. The first time wasn 't a bad experience but today 's experience is pretty unacceptable. I ordered from here today at 7pm through the slice app as Ive done before. At 8:30 I called just to see if myorder was being made or if out for delivery. The girl said we were backed up on orders all deliveries are out the driver hasabout 7 deliveries . Sure no problem I can handle that .... Its 10:46 pm and they are closed and there is no delivery guy at mydoor with any type of food. WTH I gave it 2 stars because I did like the food last time but this time I have nothing but thisexperience to rate on. Thanks to the guy who called me to let me know there was no bacon that deserved a star as well.

I moved from NYC and eaten pizza. This is the next NYC pizza I have and I love her! Friendly staff, wings are always crispy and fresh. Pizza is amazing, and the price is very reasonable. I love coming here!

Pizza and wings are good. You need to update your online menu. The chickens called Alfredo to tell me they didn't sell pasta. They never have cattle patties.

Your food is pretty good. I have been a customer who lives in the immediate vicinity of their facility for some time. It's really downhill, though overtime. The staff is very, very rude. The young girl who answers the phone is far away from the base when it comes to customer service. I'm pretty busy ordering food from this place. $18 for 18 wings, $1/wing? Extremely, their online menu says $12.99. Nobodie's wings are good. Terrible.
